Meet Emma
Emma is an integrative psychotherapist living and working by the river, just outside Melbourne. Over the past decade, she has dedicated herself to exploring health and wellbeing through a holistic, relational lens—drawing from both Eastern practices and Western psychological frameworks.
Her approach honours the deep wisdom found in ritual, movement, meditation, dreamwork, non-ordinary states, and the creative arts—offering pathways into the rich landscape of the subconscious. Emma is deeply influenced by Buddhist philosophy and practice, which gently informs the way she holds space—with presence, compassion, and quiet reverence.
The Way Emma Walks Beside You
Emma brings a depth of experience in body-oriented psychotherapy, mindfulness-based tools and practices, and compassion-focused therapy—gently supporting clients to reconnect with themselves through awareness, presence, and care.
Journeys Emma Often Walks With Clients
Emma’s approach to healing is holistic, collaborative, and rooted in safety and trust. She supports clients in gently reconnecting with their bodies, regulating the nervous system, and building a compassionate relationship with the many parts of themselves.
Words Close to Emma's Heart
"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate."
