Children & Family Counselling

At Halo Journey, we know that family life isn’t always smooth sailing. Between busy schedules, growing children, changing relationships, and everyday stress, it’s easy for connection to slip away. Our Children and Family Counselling sessions are designed to help families rebuild understanding, strengthen relationships, and find new ways forward — together.

A safe space for big feelings

We believe every child and family is unique and so is the way they express themselves. That’s why our counsellors use evidence-based, creative, and age-appropriate approaches such as:

  • Online Art Therapy : creative expression through drawing, colour and art to help children communicate emotions that words can’t always describe

  • Play-Based Therapy & Storytelling: gentle, imaginative approaches that make it easier for children to open up and build trust

  • Strength-Focused Conversations : we focus on what’s working well to help families build resilience and positive change

  • Mindfulness & Emotional Coaching: practical tools to help kids and parents manage emotions and create calm at home

  • Collaborative Family Sessions: guided conversations where everyone’s voice is heard, helping families understand and support each other better

Whether it’s one-on-one art therapy or family sessions together, we walk beside you every step of the way - helping your family build confidence, connection and harmony
