Counsellor & Psychotherapist
Yoga integrated Psychotherapist
Emma is a qualified Yoga Therapist with specialised training in psychotherapy integration and trauma-informed care. Her compassionate approach ensures every session is supportive, safe, and personalised.

Emma lives and works by the river, just outside Melbourne. Over the past decade, she has dedicated herself to exploring health and wellbeing through a holistic, relational lens—drawing from both Eastern practices and Western psychological frameworks.

Her approach honours the deep wisdom found in ritual, movement, meditation, dreamwork, non-ordinary states, and the creative arts—offering pathways into the rich landscape of the subconscious. Emma is deeply influenced by Buddhist philosophy and practice, which gently informs the way she holds space—with presence, compassion, and quiet reverence.
