We created our life coaching packages because real change doesn’t usually happen in one conversation. Ongoing support gives you space to build momentum, stay accountable, and make meaningful progress — with someone in your corner who’s there to walk alongside you, not tell you what to do.

  • We offer a few pricing options depending on what support suits you best:

    • Single session (standard rate): $150

    • Discounted single session: $135 (available when you subscribe to our email newsletter and follow our social media page)

    • Best value package: 5 individual sessions for $655 total (save $95 compared to booking 5 single sessions at the standard rate)

  • Yes. The package price is available when the package is paid upfront. This is what allows us to offer a better overall rate and keep your sessions more affordable.

  • Your package is fully refundable only if you cancel in writing at least 24 hours before your first scheduled session. In that case, you’ll receive a full refund.

    Once your package has started, or if you cancel outside this timeframe, the package becomes non-refundable.

  • No worries. If you give us more than 24 hours’ notice, you can reschedule at no extra cost.

  • If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, that session will be counted as used (or forfeited if it’s a single session booking) and is not refundable.

    We keep this policy because late cancellations mean we can’t offer that time to another client.

  • If you don’t attend your session and don’t let us know, the session will be forfeited and counted as used.

  • Yes. If you need to pause due to personal circumstances, you have up to 12 months to use your remaining sessions.
