Lisa's Background

Lisa is a heart-led life coach and proud mum of three, known for her uplifting energy and genuine love of connecting with people. With over two decades of experience, she’s supported a diverse mix of individuals—from Olympic athletes to artists and entrepreneurs—helping them rediscover their strengths and shape lives that feel aligned, joyful, and deeply fulfilling.

 

Lisa is also a qualified NLP practitioner, guiding her clients with compassion and curiosity as they navigate change, build confidence, and embrace their unique gifts.

 

Outside of her coaching work, Lisa co-hosts the Life As We Know It podcast, where she chats with inspiring guests from all walks of life. When she’s not behind the mic or supporting clients, you’ll likely find her meditating, off on an adventure, surrounded by loved ones—or dancing her heart out at a music festival.

Lisa works with clients to gently uncover and shift the blocks that may be holding them back from living the life they truly want. Drawing on NLP, energy work, somatic practices, music, meditation—and plenty of joy and movement—Lisa brings a playful yet powerful approach to personal growth.

• Navigating divorce or separation and creating a fresh, fulfilling path forward

• Clearing mindset and energy blocks that impact business or career confidence

• Working with the law of attraction to intentionally manifest meaningful goals

She brings this unwavering belief into every session, holding space for her clients to reconnect with their purpose and trust in their own inner wisdom.

 

Through intuitive questioning, somatic practices, and NLP techniques, Lisa helps clients cut through the noise, clear limiting beliefs, and uncover the answers that already live within. Her coaching is a powerful, energising process that supports real, lasting shifts—so you can move forward with confidence and create a life that feels aligned, fulfilling, and truly your own.

What Lights Lisa Up

Lisa is endlessly inspired by the incredible potential within every human being—she could talk about it all day! Her passion lies in helping people remember just how powerful they really are.

 

She’s especially drawn to the magic of quantum physics and meditation—tapping into the invisible forces that shape our lives and learning how to work with the mind, not against it. (Ooh la la indeed!)

 

Another area close to her heart? Helping people reconnect with joy—without needing alcohol or drugs to get there. Lisa encourages clients to rediscover fun through movement, music, creativity, and the carefree spirit of their younger selves.

 

Above all, Lisa is passionate about seeing people live their dreams, laugh more often, and not take life too seriously. Because growth doesn’t have to be heavy—and the journey should feel just as good as the destination.

Professional Experience Prior to Halo Journey 

  • Life Coach & NLP Practitioner - worked with clients from all backgrounds in Melbourne and London 

  • Radio Producer - work with a talented team to create a digital radio station for iHeart Radio 

  • Mental Health Support Worker - Supported and provided emotional support to people with various mental health needs.​​

  • Podcast Co-Host -  The intention of the podcast is to share stories so listeners don’t feel alone on their journey through life.

  • Women’s Dance Night DJ & Facilitator - Deejayed alcohol and drug free women’s dance nights with the aim of connecting to our higher selves.

  • Community Artist - Created an interactive community exhibition with workshops. The aim was to connect locals to their town and create new perspectives.

"Take away expectation and there is no suffering" - A Buddhist teaching

The only thing we can control in life is our thoughts and actions. When we have expectations about how situations should go and how people should behave, we suffer because these things are out of control. Most of our expectations are unconscious and we wonder why we keep reacting in a negative way. When we uncover these expectations we’re free to choose how we would like to show up in the world and let others be free to live how they’d like too.
