Say hello to Monique, the friendly voice helping keep Halo Journey Australia running smoothly (and with a few laughs along the way). With 9+ years’ experience across customer service and professional administrative roles, Monique is here to support both clients and our practitioner team—helping with enquiries, bookings, and the everyday behind-the-scenes details that make your experience feel seamless from the very first contact. What you’ll notice straight away is her genuinely caring heart and infectious sense of humour. She’s the kind of person who can make you feel at ease in a moment—while still being organised, professional, and on top of the details. Outside of work, Monique loves a good laugh with friends over a cheese board and a rich red wine in hand. She’s also an avid gym-goer, affectionately known at home as “poppin’ shoulders” (yes—she’s stronger than she looks). And while she’d probably prefer we kept this one quiet… a well-kept secret is that Monique has the melodic vocal chords of an angel! Monique looks forward to welcoming you over the phone with a warm smile and a genuine desire to make your journey with Halo wonderful, supported, and rewarding.

If English isn’t your preferred language, we’ve got you. Interpreter services are available across all of our sessions to help make things easier, clearer, and more supportive for you. Just let us know when booking, and we’ll organise it for you.
