We offer FDR packages because resolving family matters can become expensive very quickly, and we want to make the process more predictable, accessible and financially manageable. FDR is often far more affordable than going straight to a lawyer, and it gives families a chance to talk things through, make agreements and reduce conflict before legal fees start to build. Packages help you plan ahead, avoid unexpected costs and focus on finding a way forward together — not worrying about the bill.

3-hour mediation session = $2,100 total ($1050 each)

*For more complex matters that need more time, extra hours are simply billed at the same rate:
$700 per additional hour ($350 each)

Here’s how to get your package
To keep things simple and stress‑free, the package must be paid in full at the time of booking. Packages can only be booked by phone, email or text, and payment must be completed within 24 hours to secure your spot.

If life takes an unexpected turn, you’re not locked in. You can pause your package at any time and pick up any remaining sessions within 12 months — no pressure, no stress.

The package is $2,500. The full value if purchased separately is $2,800.

Yes. The full fee must be paid upfront to secure your bookings.

The package is non-refundable, except:
1. If the FDRP determines your matter is unsuitable for mediation and issues a certificate (we retain $350 per hour of service provided, and refund the remainder).
2. If you cancel the service with at least 24 hours’ notice in writing, you receive a full refund.

If you provide more than 24 hours’ notice, you can reschedule without an additional fee.

Late cancellation fees apply in addition to the package fee:
- Intake: $175
- 3-hour mediation: $1,050
If you wish to reschedule after a late cancellation, these fees will be charged in addition to the package fee and must be paid before the appointment is rescheduled.

No-show (non-attendance without notice)
Intake appointment: $350 fee
3-hour mediation appointment: $2,100 fee
If you wish to reschedule after a no-show, these fees will be charged in addition to the package fee and must be paid before the appointment is rescheduled.

No. Because this is a package, missed or late-cancelled sessions are counted as part of the program and are not refundable.

Yes. If you need to pause due to personal circumstances, you have up to 12 months to use remaining package benefits and book included sessions.
