Emma brings a beautiful blend of professional expertise and genuine, heart-led warmth to her practice. Her passion for holistic wellness inspired her to step into the counselling space, driven by a deep desire to help others experience the same transformational growth she has seen firsthand.

Holding a Diploma of Counselling alongside qualifications in Lifestyle Coaching and Yoga Teaching, Emma seamlessly weaves these holistic skills together. She brings a wealth of hands-on experience to her work, dedicating herself to gently supporting both young people (ages 10-18+) and adults through their unique mental health journeys.

Often described by those around her as a "ray of sunshine," Emma has a natural gift for making people feel instantly at ease. When she isn't supporting clients, you’ll likely find her soaking up nature, saying yes to spontaneous adventures, and living and breathing all things wellness. She equally treasures the quiet moments - curling up on the couch with a good book, slowing down, and savouring the simple pleasures in life.

Emma believes that true healing starts with feeling safe, seen, and deeply understood. Her therapy sessions are grounded in genuine connection, offering a gentle, non-judgmental space where you can untangle life’s challenges at a pace that feels right for you.

As a trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming counsellor, Emma provides highly personalised online therapy for both youth and adults. She draws on practical, evidence-based tools like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to gently support clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, relationship hurdles, and life transitions.

Because she is also a certified Health and Wellness Coach and Yoga Teacher, Emma views wellbeing through a truly holistic lens. She understands that everything from our sleep patterns and nutrition to our nervous system deeply impacts our emotional world. Whether you are managing a chronic health condition, navigating burnout, or simply looking to reconnect your mind and body, Emma is here to guide you toward a calmer, more balanced, and empowered life.

Yoga with Emma

As a qualified yoga teacher, Emma deeply understands the powerful connection between our physical bodies and our emotional wellbeing. She beautifully weaves traditional yoga philosophy into a modern, down-to-earth practice that you can carry with you, both on and off the mat.

Emma’s sessions are designed to be a deeply nurturing and inclusive space - a gentle invitation to slow down, take a deep breath, and truly reconnect with yourself. Through mindful movement and breathwork, she gently guides you in cultivating self-awareness, self-compassion, and genuine self-acceptance.

Whether you are rolling out a yoga mat for the very first time or returning to an established practice, Emma creates a warm, completely judgement-free environment that honours exactly where you are on your unique wellness journey.
