We intentionally offer our sessions entirely online, and we believe it is one of the most beautiful and empowering ways to practice. Rolling out your mat at home means you get to practice in the space where you feel most safe, comfortable, and completely yourself. There is no rushing through traffic, no intimidating studio mirrors, and absolutely no comparing yourself to the person on the mat next to you. It is a deeply personal, private experience where you can truly focus inward.

Vinyasa Flow
Vinyasa is a style of yoga that links movement and breath in a continuous, rhythmic sequence — each pose flowing naturally into the next. The word "vinyasa" has Sanskrit roots that speak to intention: placing movement with purpose and care.
In a Vinyasa Flow class, we explore the full range of what our bodies can do, using the breath as our guide and anchor throughout. These sessions invite you to show up fully — physically, mentally, and emotionally — and offer a dedicated space where challenge and self-discovery can coexist. Expect to leave feeling both energised and grounded.

Restorative Yin
For those moments when the world feels like it won't stop spinning, Restorative Yin is here. Yin Yoga is the antidote to a busy life. It's slow, gentle, deeply nourishing — and far more powerful than it might first appear. Rather than flowing through sequences, Yin invites you to settle into floor-based postures for extended periods, allowing gravity to do the work as your body softens and releases.
This practice targets the deeper connective tissues of the body — tendons, fascia, joints — encouraging both physical release and nervous system restoration. It's meditative in nature, creating a quiet, unhurried space where mind and body can genuinely rest.
