Meet Natalie
Say hello to Natalie, our super fun co-founder and business manager! With years of rocking it in customer service, business management, and leadership, Natalie brings a whirlwind of energy and expertise to Halo Journey. Her impressive qualifications and love for all things business make her our go-to guru for management, marketing, and organisational leadership.
Natalie is a linguistic wizard, fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. She’s the first friendly face you'll meet at Halo Journey, always excited to guide you through our services and answer any questions you might have.
When she’s not dazzling us with her business savvy, Natalie enjoys life in Melbourne with her partner and their adorable fur-babies, Dumpling and Pudding. Her day starts with a perfect coffee and is filled with Disney magic and concert vibes.
Oh, and did we mention her epic Disney Lego collection? It’s truly a sight to behold!
Natalie’s blend of professionalism and fun makes every interaction a delight, and we’re thrilled to have her leading the way at Halo Journey.

If English isn’t your preferred language, we’ve got you. Interpreter services are available across all of our sessions to help make things easier, clearer, and more supportive for you. Just let us know when booking, and we’ll organise it for you.
